Stock Availability information is for guidance only and is updated every 24 hours. This information refers to HPI Racing UK itself and does not mean all stockists will have the item in stock.

All prices are for guidance only, and will vary from shop to shop.

Sales:

HPI Racing UK only sell direct to the public items listed on the Clearance Corner section of the website.

To purchase items from the website not listed in Clearance Corner please use the Shop Finder section on the HPI Racing UK website to find a stockist near you.

Purchase:

By placing your order with us you are offering to buy the goods at the prices prevailing at that time and in accordance with your order confirmation.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have received full payment.
By submitting your order you are allowing us to use your details for the sole purpose of supplying them (including passing your details on to our courier).
We will not use your details for any other purpose or pass them on to any third party without asking your consent.

Carriage:
Please see our carriage charges table including shipping zones.

Delivery:

Dispatch turnaround times can vary, dependent on the volume of orders but we endeavor to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Delivery is by Night Freight or Royal Mail First Class and will reflect the courier charges applied at time of order.
Night Freight aim to deliver within 1 working day from dispatch for all UK Mainland customers but this is not guaranteed. Night Freight aim to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch for all off shore customers.
Night Freight does not deliver on a Saturday.
The electronic invoice will act as confirmation of your goods in transit.

Delivery Queries:
On receipt you should inspect the goods for defects or damage against the Packing list.
If you find a problem with any item received please contact the Customer Services Team on customerservices@hpiracing.co.uk or telephone 0845 00 66 160 within 3 days of receipt.
Non delivery of an order needs to be reported to the Customer Services Team within 7 working days of the date of your emailed invoice.

Returns:

In addition to your consumer rights;
If you want to cancel the contract on your goods and receive a refund you must inform the Customer Services Team on customerservices@hpiracing.co.uk or telephone 0845 00 66 160 within 7 working days.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost and ensure that they arrive back to us in perfect saleable condition.
Please ensure that all returns are insured adequately, retaining the tracking number for your reference. HPI UK takes no responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, back to the payment card used at time of purchase.

Company Info - Terms & Conditions of Trading for Retailers

PREMISES

  • We require you to have shop premises, which are readily accessible to members of the public.

PROFORMA CUSTOMERS

  • Initial stocking orders will be processed on a proforma basis.
  • Payment will be required by your preferred method of payment prior to the release of goods.
  • Your account will be reviewed once spend has exceeded £1000 and/or you have 2-3 months trading history.

SIMPLE MONTHLY CREDIT ACCOUNT

  • A simple monthly account, where terms are strictly net end of month plus 21 days
  • A simple monthly statement issued electronically at the end of each month
  • A credit limit will be set by your Account Manager and will be reviewed monthly

PAYMENTS

  • A single payment to be made on the 21st of each month, preferably by BACS
  • Emailed statement with bank details for electronic payment
  • No charge for payments made by cheque, Debit cards or BACS

CARRIAGE COSTS

  • Carriage will be charged at cost on all orders below £250(excl vat) to UK Mainland addresses 
  • Orders over £250 (excl vat) shipped to UK mainland will be carriage paid.
  • Carriage will be charged at cost on all orders below £600(excl vat) to non UK Mainland addresses 
  • Orders over £600 (excl vat) shipped to non UK mainland will be carriage paid.

RETURNS

  • Returns will be accepted at the discretion of the Customer Services Team. Authorisation must be obtained and a returns number issued prior to returning the goods.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

CLAIMS

  • Claims for lost, damaged or incorrectly packaged deliveries must be notified to the Customer Services Team within 3 working days of receipt of invoice.
